Meetings planned to discuss budget
Community meetings on budget recovery policies and reductions will begin next week at various Brevard high schools. The School Board planned these meetings to provide an opportunity for students and teachers to voice their opinions. The meetings will take place on Feb. 13 at the Bayside High School Auditorium from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Feb. 17 at the Viera High School Auditorium from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Feb. 27 at Astronaut High School from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
Attendees will be notified of the impact of potential cuts to the district. Information and input from the meetings will be presented to the Board after the meetings are completed.
