Senior Kaylee Willner sorts M&Ms by color for an AP Statistics lab. “Basically, we were given the proportions that the M&M company says there are of each color and we were looking to see if it was true,” Willner said. “The math itself wasn’t the most fun but the m&ms made it party.” The lab acted as an exercise to help students apply chi-square equations to real statistical data.
