Volleyball tournament to raise money for Prom
Junior class is having a volleyball tournament on March 14 in the gym from 3:45 to 5:30 p.m. Students can sign up teams during lunch until March 12. Each team must have six players and it costs $5 per person to play in the tournament. Tickets for spectators will also be on sale during lunch for $2 until March 14 and they will be on sale at the door for $3.
“We are using the money raised from this tournament for prom decorations,” junior class vice president Taylor Kelley said.
According to junior class club member Michelle Maldonado this should be a successful fundraiser if the student body is willing to participate and support junior class.
