Homecoming dance declared a success
Taking time to assess and reflect following the Sept. 28 Homecoming dance at the Melbourne Auditorium, members of the administration and faculty pronounced it among the best ever.
“Homecoming was fantastic. You guys all got together to enjoy yourselves, and that’s what it’s all about, so I thought it went very well,” Assistant Principal Robert Ferrell said.
There were no problems and the administration was glad no disciplinary actions had to be taken.
“This year’s dance went absolutely wonderful. Students were very well-behaved and really respectful,” Assistant Principal Jackie Ingratta said.
Student Government Association sponsor Robert Sarver also was pleased results.
“The students did a great job, setting up,” he said. “It was all the students. They did a great job and compared to years past, this was the best yet.”
