Wildcats held to a draw by Holy Trinity Tigers
November 2, 2015
West Shore’s boys varsity soccer team tied their last preseason game 0-0 against the Holy Trinity Tigers on Thursday night. Junior Gavin Rushnell led the team with five shots, but could not find the back of the net.
“We had many goal scoring opportunities in the second half, and our defense kept Holy Trinity scoreless,” Rushnell said. “Their goalkeeper was acrobatic and difficult to score on.”
The Wildcats begin regular season at Cocoa on Nov. 4 at 7:00 p.m.
