Basket Brigade
November 21, 2016
National Honor Society is hosting a local basket brigade so those who cannot afford to buy food for Thanksgiving can come and get food to provide for their families. Donations will be accepted until Tuesday and will be donated to a local shelter.
“This is our first year doing the basket brigade and so far its really successful,” NHS Historian Allie Henderson said. “I just hope next year we can give an earlier announcement for the event.”
