Lady Wildcats roll over Viera Charter, look ahead to Edgewood

The middle school girl’s basketball team beat Viera Charter 48-6 led by eighth-grader Savannah H. with ten points and 7 steals.
The victory puts the team at a district leading 8-1 record. Coach Derrick Hamilton attributed the victory to a balanced approach.
“Good defense and timely offense got it done for us,” Hamilton said.
The final home game of the year for the Lady Wildcats is this Tuesday versus Edgewood at 5:00 p.m. in the West Shore gymnasium.
