The Heritage High Lady Panthers defeated the girls’s soccer team 3-0 during a home game Friday night.

“They just played kickball the whole game and got lucky,” sophomore Kelly Batache said. “Our offense got unlucky on the finishes.”

At half time the score was 2-0.

“I’ll admit they had us in the first half,” junior Hannah Jefferson said. “We weren’t alert to start the game and they snuck two goals in.”

The Lady Panthers scored one more in the second half to make it 3-0.

“We played better in the second half, we just couldn’t finish our opportunities,” Batache said.

The Lady Wildcats play at Space Coast on Nov.10 at 7 p.m.
