The long wait and anticipation is finally over.  “Fantastic Beast: The Crimes of Grindelwald” has been released and a few members of Maggie Molledo’s Harry Potter Club met last Friday night at Cinema World to see the feature on opening night.

“There were about six kids from the club and their families,” she said. “Others went to the Oaks and IMAX Theater the same night. We all liked Johnny Depp as Grindelwald and Jude Law as Dumbledore.” Molledo said club members also enjoyed the creatures including the Niffler and the Bowtruckel.

The movie is set in London and Paris during the 1920s. There is a large divide in the wizard world between the old rule and the new evil wizard, Grindelwald.

“Many club members dressed up for the movie and earned house points,” Molledo said. “It was a great and fun movie, but it left us wanting more.”
