Butter biology
Concentrating on her pipette, freshman Jenny Peeples starts off her biology lab in Mary Anderson’s sixth-period class. “My favorite part of class is definitely the labs,” freshman Matthew Volk said. The class was learning about lipids and proteins by separating them out of substances such as butter.”
