Addressing the defense, Judge Rick Fleming assesses the cross examination for the eighth grade trial of Lizzie B. Ms. Aune’s middle school class put on the trial to practice their skills of questioning and answering. Lizzie was found not guilty of the murder during the fifth period trial, when Principal Fleming was the presiding judge.
