Got my eye on you

Examining the sheep eye before dissection, intern Lauren Feronti and anatomy teacher Sherie Jenkins eye the slimy specimen. “It’s one thing to learn about the eye looking at pictures in the textbook, but it is a whole new experience being able to dissect it yourself,” Feronti said. Jenkins anatomy students learned the whereabouts of the sheep’s lens, cornea, aqueous humor, and iris.
