The Suntree Brightway Insurance agency has agreed to donate $5 to West Shore each time someone from the school community requests a free quote. The offer is good until the end of March and there is no obligation to purchase a policy.

Brightway offers property insurance for home, flood, condo, renters and personal articles. It also offers vehicle insurance for automobiles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles and boats. In addition, Brightway offers business, life and umbrella insurance.

The money donated will be used to make improvements to the outdoor pavilion area, which needs two 14-foot fans and umbrella tables.

“I don’t usually sit outside so it doesn’t directly affect me, but I think it would be nice to have fans and umbrella tables out there,” senior Makana Grimm said.

Freshman Zohra Mujeeb hopes the improvements arrive before the warmer weather does.

“I think that it would be really nice to have new fans out there because it gets really hot and the current ones are all broken, so people should get quotes to raise money,” Mujeeb said.
