Following a mock-emergency drill and various assemblies required by the district, homerooms are getting caught up and returning to the curriculum.

“We haven’t been able to start anything new lately,” said Angela Feldbush, eighth-grade homeroom Leader.

Since the beginning of the semester, there have been a few assemblies, including one on cyberbullying and another on internet safety by School Resource Officer Valerie Butler, an evacuation drill and video and a vaping assembly.

“Hopefully things will get back to normal now and we’ll be able to get back to our curriculum,” Feldbush said.
