Under the direction of math teacher Debra Jerdon, members of First Priority provided funds for a foxtail palm planted outside the commons area in memory of Anisha Somasamudramath, who wouldve graduated with the class of 2024. The palm was planted by former art teacher Matt Henderson.
Journalism teacher Mark Schledorn edits a design from a students story from the latest issue of the Roar. Hes firm with a lot of stuff, but he does it in a way that maintains engagement and students self-worth, Principal Rick Fleming said.

During Power Hour in the commons area, a voter registration table was set up to help students register to vote. U.S. Government teacher Austin Glezen encouraged participation, stating, The only time we do not have a voice is when we choose not to share it. The on-campus drive was part of the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections Your Vote is Your Voice campaign aimed at boosting youth voter turnout.
