Drawing together, senior Addyson Leathers spends quality time with a young Costa Rican girl. "I just think it's such a good opportunity to voluntarily take time out of your summer to go help these kids," Leathers said.

Having grown close over the week they spent together, senior Mykaela Brown and Camila, the young girl, hug.

Volunteering at the Hope Center in Pavas, senior Mykaela Brown gives a young girl, Camila, a piggy-back ride. "Camila would write our names next to each other and chalk with a heart around and that just really impacted me," Brown said.
