The boys’ and girls’ tennis teams both lost in the Regional playoffs Tuesday. The boys’ fell to Morningside Academy 7-0, and the girls’ lost to Pine School 6-1.

“I lost 2-6 and 2-6 on line 1, and the only person who won was Sarah,” Katherine Avrakotos said. “All the other singles lost, and we didn’t really play doubles. We played one set each. Typically we lose when we go to regionals, and they were just better than us. The season was good, we had a good record. We were 8-2. We had a lot of new players.”

The boys’ finished 7-4 and girls’ finished the season 8-3 including a District championship.
