Take aim
At this weekend’s Dragon Festival, senior Dana Brown raises a bow and attempts to shoot an apple off of a mannequin’s head. “I learned archery in middle school, but that was a long time ago, so I was so busy trying to figure out how to hold the bow that I didn’t even bother aiming,” Brown said. “My cousin hit the apple, though.” The Renaissance faire was held to raise money for the Save Dragon Point organization.

"We've had no issues, no snafus. Everything's been running smoothly, and we've been getting kids to class on time.”](https://westshoreroar.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/IMG_9979-1200x800.jpg)
