Bobbing for tissues
Full of energy and a drive to win, sophomore Brian Drost eggs on his partner, sophomore Mamoon Syed, as he works quickly to achieve his goal of completely emptying the Kleenex box using only his mouth. “It was a lot harder than you would think to empty the tissue box without using my hands,” Syed said. “I had to complete the task quickly so we could move on to the next part of the obstacle course, but my mouth got really dry from all the tissues and it all went downhill from there.” During the spring pep rally, SGA hosted an obstacle course that included participants from each grade level. Participants each chose an obstacle to take part in, ranging from a three legged race to balancing a ping pong ball on a spoon while weaving in between poles. Both the participants and the audience got a hit out of this pep rally event, and Seniors came out on top with the victory.
