Senior Follies sign up starts Monday
Sign up for Senior Follies will begin the week of March 10 in the cafeteria during lunch. Senior Follies consists of seniors and teachers performing skits to poke fun at one another.
“I’m really excited to impersonate the people I have looked up to for the past six years,” Senior Class Secretary Vincent Guglietta said.
Senior Follies will be held on April 4 and participation is open to any West Shore senior. For the first time in two years, this event will be a buy out during homeroom. Students can buy tickets at a later date.
“I’m excited that it’s a buy out because it’ll bring more people,” Senior Class treasurer Sierra Purden said. “But at the same time it outs more pressure on the seniors to be funny because more people will be there.”
Seniors will not be allowed to portray more than one teacher and skits maybe not exceed three minutes.
“The skits need to follow an approved script so that everything will run smoothly,” Senior Class sponsor Sue Woyshner said.
