“We’ve all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That’s who we really are.”

If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you know that is a quote from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. It’s that time again for the meeting of the Harry Potter Club. The club will meet Monday during Power Hour in Maggie Molledo’s classroom 4-102.

“All of the prefects have been elected and will be released at our next meeting,” Molledo said.

The club plans to discuss an upcoming trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Universal Studios Orlando.

“We are planning on going one of the long weekends coming up where we would have an extra day,” Molledo said. “The cost is regular ticket price and students are responsible for cost of ticket because there will be no fund-raising.”

In other news, Some club members recently attended the premiere of “Fantastic Beasts” at the Oaks Theater.

Finally, those interested in seeing the Harry Potter wands the club members made with 3-D printers or in joining the club are invited to stop by Molledo’s classroom or email her at [email protected].
