Freshmen Jack Grimison and Luke Markos each scored two goals as the JV boys’ soccer team shut out Space Coast 4-0 Thursday.

Grimison said he knew the victory was achievable early on in the game.

“After the first five minutes of our game we knew this team wasn’t up to our level,” Grimison said. “We played pretty good, however, we got greed, and could have played a lot better.”

Grimison said he was down at the first half, knowing he could have scored, but came out with more positive attitude the second.

“Going out there at the second half I scored two goals,” he said.

Grimison performed his signature dance move, the ‘Grimmy,’ after each goal.

“Jacks goals were impressive, but came nowhere near his moves,” McLaughlin said. “It was like the ‘Griddy’ but with a twist”

Grimison said his personality shines through this dance move.

“It is a dance move similar to the ‘Griddy’ which includes some added twists to reflect my personality,” he said.
