Under the skin
December 17, 2015
Anatomy students gather food to construct a skin model. “We were making the layers of the skin of the human body with food and pudding,” senior Joy Oni said. “It tasted really good and it was fun. It helped me learn more about the different layers and not just the basic information I already new.” The skin models constructed were an introduction to the chapter students would start during second semester.

"We've had no issues, no snafus. Everything's been running smoothly, and we've been getting kids to class on time.”](https://westshoreroar.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/IMG_9979-1200x800.jpg)
