Teleporting in 1, 2, 3

Pretending to teleport in the new fairy circle, junior Alannah Stewart recreates a move in the video game Legend of Zelda. “When I heard ‘fairy circle,’ the first thing I though of was teleporting,” senior Sarah Kinsey said. Kinsey is a fan of the game. Fairy circles or fairy rings are naturally-occuring circles of mushrooms often marked by dark green grass. In folklore they’re often considered to be places where an elf or fairy has appeared, and an observer can wait by a fairy ring in an attempt to capture the creature.
