Anatomy students observe a doctor from University of Saint Louis examine a heart and set of lungs through a video conference. “They, bring what we couldn’t do into the classroom, which is live human specimens,” anatomy teacher Magdalena Molledo said. “Before I had this job at West Shore I used to do it every year. As a tech person, I used to bring the equipment around to schools all over the district so I was excited to share this.” Molledo plans to hold another video conference in the spring.
