Hooked on chrome books
February 10, 2016
Senior Noah Majeed uses a Chromebook to complete an assignment for anatomy. “Like with any device, [the Chromebooks] have their positive and negative aspects,” technology coordinator Terri Friend said. “So far we’ve had a few little glitches but nothing major. We’ve been able to overcome them so they’re working out very well.” The school was able to purchase the Chromebooks due to a grant. Friend said several teachers had used them before so it was decided that Chromebooks would be a positive direction to go with the grant.

"We've had no issues, no snafus. Everything's been running smoothly, and we've been getting kids to class on time.”](https://westshoreroar.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/IMG_9979-1200x800.jpg)
