In Angela Feldbush’s Biology Honors class, students are being introduced to using microscopes. By looking through a microscope, Freshman Chase Beard examines slides containing multiple mediums. “In this lab, we are learning how to use microscopes by looking at different materials,” said Beard. “The hardest part is probably the initial finding of what you’re trying to look at because then after that you’re just switching lenses and focusing [the microscope].”
