The Seventh Annual Golf Tournament will be held at the Baytree National Golf Links in Viera at noon on Oct. 15. Players will be organized into teams of four. Those intested in playing can do so for $75 which includes dinner, deser, and award prizes immediately after golf. All of the proceeds will benefit Project Graduation.

Senior Sara Chinoy already has made reservations.

“I’m playing with my fellow golf mates Danielle Miller and Jason Whaley, and we’re all so excited,” she said. “It’s going to be a fun round of golf with no pressure, and it helps out the school. It’s going to be great.”

Sponsor Kathy Whaley has been organizing the event up since summer.

“The tournament is a great way to support the school, spend a beautiful day on the course with your friends and have a little healthy competition for some great prizes,” Whaley said. “The event includes range balls, golf, catered Italian dinner, contests, raffles, team photos and more. We are looking forward to seeing that Wildcat spirit out on the greens.”
