If you or your friends and family are not able to attend this year’s graduation, you can watch it live without interruption. West Shore will once again live stream this years graduation ceremony from the King Center on May 20. The live stream, will begin at 6:45 p.m., can be accessed on this website.

Junior Katelyn Kent will be on the live-stream team.

“I’m really excited to film the live stream,” Kent said. “Its really cool that Dean Stewart is letting us borrow their lens.”

Junior Mamoom Syed said this year’s live stream will be hosted on YouTube so there won’t be any commercial interruptions as there were in years past.

Science teacher Mary Anderson says she’s a fan of the service.

“I think the ad free live stream is great for those underclassmen who would like the ability to see the graduation,” she said. “The very first year that live stream started, I watched it as I had sick kids at home and couldn’t make graduation that year.”
