Middle School Boys’ tryouts were held today on Aug 19 in the gym this afternoon from 3:30 to 5. There were a large amount of participants with 41 boys trying out.

“We’re going to be having a second day for tryouts,” coach Charlie Rossi said. “There was a lot of kids trying out so we’re going to need more time to evaluate.” This is one of the first times in a while that a second date has been held.

Of the 41 trying out 26 boys were invited to the second tryout date. After the second tryout the roster will be finalized with 14 boys.

The second tryout will be held on Friday, Aug 21 from 6 to 7:30 pm.
