Girls’ soccer gets spooky for Halloween

The girls’ soccer team got into Halloween spirit Wednesday for their practice.

“We dressed up and played soccer,” sophomore Ella McMullin said. “It was a mostly fun practice and did a lot of crossing and finishing drills.”

A wide variety of costumes made the practice unlike all others.

“A few people were ghosts and wore sheets but took them off because they were getting in the way of playing,” McMullin said. “There was also a banana, Teletubby, mermaid, bunny, cat and 80s yoga instructors.”

Dressing up for Halloween practice has become a tradition for the team.

“I dressed up like a cow,” sophomore Sophia Mandese said. “It was fun”.
