Some jv soccer girls’ will be playing Nationals

Eighth-grader Anita and freshman Violet Castillo, both jv girls’ soccer team players, will be participating in Nationals. Anita M. and Castillo play for a soccer club called Space Coast United for the 15u team.

“We still have three games left but, because we won all of our other games and had no losses, we automatically win the league,” Castilo said.

Their team won all their games so far throughout their season so, their team automatically qualifies for Nationals in North Carolina on May 13-14.

“We have two games this weekend against tougher teams to determine if we go undefeated in the league,” Anita said.

Anita said she hopes to win semi-finals and finals and eventually nationals. Castillo said she is excited.

“I’m super pumped to play in Nationals,” Castillo said.
