Seniors fine-tuning project speeches

With Senior Project presentations scheduled for April 25, participants are preparing their speeches during the next two weeks.

“I feel that practicing them will make me more confident when I present,” Scott Adams said. “I will have a better idea of what I’m talking about and will feel more comfortable talking in front of a crowd.”

This week seniors will practice their speeches in class.

“I think it will be a good idea to practice them in class, but I think it will be better to practice them with a different audience since we know the people in our classes pretty well,” Adams said.

Next week, April 15-19, they will perform their speeches outside of the classroom to other classes.

“I think it is a great opportunity for us to practice and figure out what we need to get better at,” Tyler Moscrip said. “This helps us see where we are in terms of making the time, and we also get feedback from the various teachers.”
