The swimming team held an intrasquad meet Friday in order to match swimmers with their best events. It was treated like a real meet, with official timers.
“It was fun, just a good break from normal practice, and not too difficult,” Jay Kundamadathil said. “It kind of showed what we’re made of, whether or not that’s a good or bad thing, I don’t know.”
The practice meet also helped the coaches determine the team’s strengths and weaknesses.
“Conner S. has been a real demolisher on our team and he is only in eighth grade,” Kundamadathil said.
