NJHS to slow down for the holidays

National Junior Honor Society is temporarily suspending most of it activities in time for the holidays. What this means for students and teachers is that they shouldn’t expect a fund-raiser until after Winter Break.

Club sponsor Anthony Raheb said this move is meant to give students more time to focus on their midterms.

“Since exams are next month, we won’t have any fund-raisers planned until next year,” Raheb said. “We’re all done for this year.”

NJHS Treasurer Robby Benezra said this would greatly help him out because he is enrolled in many extracurricular activities which eats up his time.

The next event for NJHS is a social for which the dates are to be announced.
