The middle-school track team finished third in a three-team meet held at Southwest Middle School on Monday. Stone Middle School also competed in the meet.

“We did well, but the other schools are just better and larger,” seventh-grader Chris J. said. “Running is in their genes, and they take it more seriously than some of us.”

On March 2, the track team will travel to Satellite Beach to compete to compete against DeLaura and Johnson middle schools.
