JV soccer tuning up for MCC
October 31, 2011
Junior varsity soccer practice started Friday, and the team got right to playing at full speed with an eye toward its first official game, a home match scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Nov. 8 against Melbourne Central Catholic.
“Practice has been tough, and everyone has been working hard and putting in a lot of effort,” sophomore Richard Dujovne said.
Coach Saul Torres said the team is starting to come together.
“Everyone is coming to practice. That is good,” he said. “Also, we are starting to work together, which is the key.”
