Girls’ soccer falls to Titusville on Senior Night

With the swift kick toward the end of the game, Titusville upended the girls’ soccer team 2-1, placing a damper on a Senior Night celebration Thursday.

“It was a tough game,” Catrina Carl (9) said. “And a close game.”

Only Maci Pekmezian (12) scored for West Shore with an assist from Jonelle Plahuta (12).

“I just need to get my head straight,” Brooklyn Stellato (10) said. “And stop anything that comes my way.”

As for Carl, she is mostly focused ” to improve on better communication.”

The 10-2-3 Lady Wildcats will next travel to Astronaut for a non-conference game Tuesday at 7 p.m.
