Dress code committee winds down

While the school’s dress-code committee won’t meet again this year, member Katy Morgan, a sophomore, said the panel did some important things during its last meeting.

“The last meeting we had was to finalize the last draft of the new dress code and see that it was satisfactory,” Morgan said. “There were about five or so meetings.”

The dress code committee was formed this year.

“I’m 80 percent sure that the dress code committee was created this year just to make a new dress code and there won’t be another one until we re-make the dress code again in the future,” Morgan said. “The dress code committee was new this year.”

The committee’s role in defining the dress code was not well known among students.

“I didn’t even know that we had a dress code committee,” sophomore Natalie Mann said.
