Space Coast Crew’s women’s Lightweight , composed of West Shore’s Maria Rivera, Julia Rauchfuss, Vianca Rivera and Julia Levy placed second in the OARS Youth Invitational 24-team rowing regatta in Orlando on Saturday. The Women’s 3rd 8 which includes West Shore’s Loryn Schopke, Natalie Brown and Maddie Dimond finished third.
In addition, the men’s Lightweight 8 team which includes West Shore’s Adam Sanchez, Stephen Vaughn, Alec Luker, Kyle Landis and Steven Thomas placed third as did the men’s Lightweight 4, which includes Sanchez, Landis and Thomas.
