Chorus concert set for May 20
West Shore’s chorus is scheduled to perform at Eau Gallie High School’s auditorium for the Spring Chorus Concert. The concert takes place on May 20 at 6:30 p.m.
Junior Taylor Belinchak said the Women’s Chorus’ song selections follows the theme of the concert.
“All of my choir’s songs are Latin American themed, so a couple of the songs are in Spanish and Portuguese,” Belinchak said.
Junior Bonnie Rice said she thinks one choir’s song selection is funny.
“The Chamber Choir will be singing the James Bond theme song, which cracks me up,” Rice said.
Belinchak added that the chorus practices hard so the performance will go well.
“We practice it how we want to perform it,” Belinchak said. “We follow Mrs. Davis’ hand signals and have good posture, like we will in the concert.”
