Boys’ soccer edges Holy Trinity 2-1

Junior Collin Roubidoux scored one of the two goals in the boys’ soccer game against Holy Trinity on Friday ending with a 2-1 victory.

“We were all super-tired and sore from playing Mel high the night before, so we knew it would be a tough game,” junior Chase Hester said. “Holy Trinity is a really physical team and they actually scored first, but we kept pressuring and got two goals to win.”

Robidoux credited a senior teammate with helping him score.

“My goal was all because of Abe Murphy. He was dribbling in the box and got fouled,” Roubidoux said. “I was the one that ended up taking the pk, but Abe did all the hard work.”
