The boys’ lacrosse team opened its season with a 25-0 loss against Melbourne Central Catholic’s Hustlers on Tuesday night.
“We could done better and stepped it up but MCC has had their program longer then us and have better stick skills,” junior Ryan Bellone said. “I’m hoping to have a better season this year then last year.”
With last year in the past, the team focuses on its future games and improving stick skills and teamwork.
“The MCC game is our base game,” Assistant Coach Dallas Livingston said. “Now we know what we have to work on.”
