Starting Sept. 7, boys’ basketball will have conditioning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the gym. Those wishing to participate must bring their completed physical and consent forms along with ankle braces. Conditioning will consist of speed training and weight lifting.
“The offseason is when champions are made,” Coach Tony Riopelle said. “If your not working as hard as you can, somewhere someone is, and when you meet that person, you’re going to lose.”
“The point of conditioning is to get bigger, faster, stronger – period,” Coach Putman said.
