The boys’ bowling team beat Heritage High School 5-2 on Senior Night, but the girls’ team lost 2-5 at Brunswick Harbour Lanes on Thursday.

“The win against Heritage gives us an 8-7 record, which is encouraging going into Cape Coast Conference and District play,” Coach Kirk Murphy said.

The girls’ overall record is 2-13.

“”I think we have a chance to go far this year and maybe even make it out of districts,” senior Brandon Toothaker said. “I’m also a little sad that it’s going to be my last high school bowling match. There’s definitely a lot of different emotion.”
