Both the men’s and women’s bowling teams lost their matches against Bayside on Aug. 6 at Harbour Lanes.

“I would like to see the girls do better, but the guys are doing fine,” Coach Kirk Murphy said.

The men’s team lost 0-7 . The girls put up a little more of a fight, but they also lost with a final score of 5-2. According to Murphy, seventh-grader Chris M. has been performing exceptionally well on the men’s team.

“I have been practicing to get better,” Chris M. said. “I used to average a 110, now I average a 170.”
