Bowlers fall short against Bayside

The men’s bowling team lost to Bayside 7-0 and the women’s squad fell by a score of 4-3 at Shore Lanes on Tuesday.

“Playing at Shore Lanes is very different and our kids are not used to the ways the ball breaks, but we did not play well considering how well we had played last week,” Coach Kirk Murphy said.

The men’s team lost 7-0 and the women’s team fell 4-3.

“I believe we lost because they have a more diverse team than we do,” seventh-grader Chris M. said. “One of the bowlers on their team scored a 251.”
