The Eau Gallie Arts District is holding its 10th annual ArtWorks of Eau Gallie Fine Arts Festival on Nov. 19 and 20.
ArtWorks is a festival that includes local artists showing their best work, plus musicians and local food vendors.
“Usually most of my students enter the competitions,” Annamarie Zink, one of the art teachers, said. The competitions include a sidewalk chalk drawing contest and the T-shirt design contest.
“I’m probably going to enter the chalk drawing contest,” Samantha Grant, a sophomore in a Drawing and Painting 2 class said. ArtWorks is located in downtown Eau Gallie.
“It’s a great way to spend the weekend and have fun, besides who doesn’t like a little art on the weekend?” Zink said.
