The Apogee volleyball tournament will be on Jan. 14 at St. Teresa’s Catholic School in Titusville.

The 18 and 17 team consists of several girls from the West Shore varsity volleyball team. Many of the girls who played together throughout the school year will be going up against each other in this tournament.

“Although I don’t entirely love the idea about playing my former and senior teammates, they are sisters to me and we always have the opportunity of learning from each other through friendly competition,” junior Jordan Dale said.

Sophomore Sally Kempfer expressed similar feelings

“It will be difficult competing against my teammates because of how close we are but it’s always fun to play with them,” she said.

Their next tournament is the USAV Volleyfest on Jan. 21 and 22.
