Eighth-grader Brooke T. scored 16 points and added six rebounds to lead the middle school basketball team to a 35-10 home victory against Space Coast on Tuesday night.
“It felt good that somebody else could shoot other than our point guards,” said Brooke T.
In addition, Mary B. had 7 points and five steals, and Taylor S. had six rebounds.
“The victory felt really good because [Space Coast] Coach Paul used to coach us last year, so we have a rivalry,” said Mary B.
The next game is schedule for Thursday at Cocoa Beach at 5 p.m.
